The short version of how bookings, changes and refunds work.
Email us at least 24 hours before your slot and we'll move it, free. Inside 24 hours or a no-show, the session is used up, though we'll try to help.
Full refund if you cancel 24+ hours ahead, if we can't hold the slot, or under the Ship-It Guarantee: page not live by the end, or the hour just wasn't worth it to you, say so before we hang up. Refunds go back to your PayPal method in 5 to 10 business days.
Just a computer with a modern browser and a stable connection. Picking and setting up your AI coding tool is the first thing we do together in the session, and most tools have free tiers to start with. Accounts you create are your own.
You'll have it started for real: working code, a live launch page, and a written plan for the rest. A polished app takes longer than an hour, and your roadmap maps exactly how to get there.
Your booking schedules session one. We book the other two together at the end of each call, at your pace. The codebase is delivered and running on your machine during session one.
